Application to join the Briarwood HOA Board

Briarwood HOA is a non-profit corporation whose membership includes 407 property owners in Briarwood’s 10 subdivision plats. The purpose of the Association is to promote the health, safety, and welfare of Briarwood residents. A nine-member board of elected volunteer directors conducts the business of the neighborhood. Three board members are elected annually to serve a three-year term of office.

Through its board of directors, the Association manages Briarwood’s corporate business and finances, maintains the subdivision’s common properties, preserves neighborhood aesthetics and protects property values through covenant enforcement, and fosters community and communication between neighbors.
